A very warm welcome to Thomarzy

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Birth and Postpartum Doula, and Registered Yoga Instructor currently based in the White River Junction area of Vermont.  I provide therapeutic wellness services to help you achieve your health goals, promote relaxation and an overall sense of holistic well-being, and encourage a flowing birth and empowering postpartum period.

Working together, we will develop a comprehensive plan to guide and assist your way to feeling your best, all within a soothing and restorative environment.  I offer a variety of massage therapies, yoga techniques, and broad spectrum of Doula services, and am dedicated to providing a customized, integrative wellness plan for each member of the Thomarzy community.
